JMF Development has purchased the Millennium Center office building located at 515 Olive Street for $3.5 Million.

This is 20 story building that was built in 1963. While it has some tenants, the new owners are interested in leasing the  to a single tenant for the balance of the unleased 100,000 sq.ft. They are offering an opportunity to the naming rights to that tenant. Rates for leasing in the building in 2006 were $12 to $13.50 a square foot. This is a first purchase in the area for JMF Development. Welcome to the St. Louis area!
