RE/MAX Midwest Group
Established in 1995, RE/MAX Midwest Group is among the largest residential real estate agencies in the St. Louis area. Our leadership, support, and technology give us an edge. With our eyes to the future, we have implemented systems that allow our agents to focus on satisfying the needs of their clients and customers. Our T-1 line provides high-speed integrated access via a wireless network, and our telephone systems have advanced 24-hour communications. Internet information exchange, satellite training and education, and Internet Data Exchange (IDX) are the standard today.
With our state-of-the art facilities and services, our agents can service the real estate needs of the St. Louis Metropolitan and surrounding areas. We observe the "golden rule" of proprietorship and treat each associate, client, customer, supplier, and employee in the way we prefer to be treated. Because our customers and associates are loyal, they deserve these highest standards.
RE/MAX International
Real estate isn't just local anymore. It's going global, and RE/MAX is already there. The RE/MAX Hot Air Balloon soars on signs and in advertising around the world, accelerating growth and generating referrals system wide. RE/MAX Sales Associates across the network now do business in more than 50 languages. Our network has grown every year throughout its 30+ year history. After starting in a single office in Denver, CO, the network expanded first across the United States and Canada, and then beyond. Now RE/MAX is a global real estate franchise network that spreads across 65 countries on six of the world's seven continents. Our organization now has over 120,729 associates in 7,011 offices worldwide. These associates, on average, lead the industry in production, experience, and professional designations. In 2005, RE/MAX Associates were involved in more than 2 million sales transaction sides, an industry milestone. The audited production figures represent the most transaction sides in a single year for our real estate network.
RE/MAX Commercial
The year 2005 was good to the commercial division of RE/MAX with over $13 Billion in sales volume, figures for 2006 will be even better! By the same token, RE/MAX always sponsors and participates in many ways with visibility-raising events. Conventions are held bringing together more than 800-1000 industry professionals. Full page print ads are run in the Commercial Investment Real Estate Magazine. RE/MAX has a huge presence on the web. All of this helps to sell your home, investment property or any commercial property. RE/MAX grows stronger every day.
How does our concept differ from the traditional real estate company?
RE/MAX associates keep the maximum allowed amount of their commissions in exchange for paying a management fee and a share of the monthly office overhead. By offering associates maximum commissions and maximum career freedom, RE/MAX influenced competitors to re-examine and adjust their own policies toward sales agents, thus dramatically changing the industry. As the network grew, renowned for its top producers and quality service to consumers, so did support programs, making RE/MAX a dynamic force in real estate education and technology. The organization was one of the first real estate companies to have its own proprietary television network, and one of the first in the industry to develop its own website on the World Wide Web. The RE/MAX logo in red, white, and blue is one of the most recognizable business logos in the world.
RE/MAX associates across North America contributed a record $9.9 million to Children's Miracle Network in 2005, helping provide medical care to 17 million children at 170 affiliated hospitals. Here in St. Louis, Children's Hospital benefits from our support. The money raised here, stays here to continue helping in our area! Since 1992, when RE/MAX began it's official sponsorship with Children's Miracle Network, associates have donated more than $65 million to this cause. The total amount raised per year has increased annually, and RE/MAX associates are on track to top $10 million in 2006.
