There is more than one commission structure at RE/MAX Midwest Group. The best known is the 100% program in which you pay a monthly fee and receive 100% of GCI (Gross Commission Income). This plan makes it very simple to do business and create a business plan. Other companies have such complex commission structures you have little to no idea what you'll get paid or when. On our 100% plan you get 100%. . . and you get ALL of it within two business days of funding (it will usually be the same day). The figures below are accurate, but they do not include the annual RE/MAX Membership dues of $390 and E&O Insurance of $20 per transaction.
Are you concerned about the monthly fees for the 100% commission plan? Not to worry, as an interdependent company, RE/MAX Midwest Group has a plan for you.
An alternative to the 100% commission concept is the SIMPLE SPLIT program. We like to call it the 1-point-5 cap. It's really quite simple. You keep 70% of the commissions (instead of 50%) until you reach approximately 1.5 million in sales. Then YOU KEEP IT ALL!
A traditional company may call it 40% bonus, but with us you start at their 40% bonus structure and then at about 1.5 million in sales, you get a structure they don't even offer . . .100%.
