Your out of pocket expenses for signs and business cards is usually three or four hundred dollars. High quality signs cost $40 - $50 and business cards average $65.
4. There is no advertising at RE/MAX.
At RE/MAX Midwest Group, we participate in the RE/MAX Homes Magazine program. The full color magazine is inserted in the St. Louis Post Dispatch and includes a color picture of the property.
